I am a 25 year veteran of the Development and the IT worlds.  I have successfully navigated the path from entry level developer all the way to senior management, surviving multiple ups and downs in the industry.

I draw my insights from formalized training as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Six Sigma, multiple management workshops, and lessons learned from many years in the field.

My passion has transformed over time from building software to building teams and helping mentor the next generation. I hope that by sharing the things that have helped me along the way I can ensure that the industry I love is in good hands with the next generation.
